Freezing on Nintendo Switch and being given an abandon penalty

I am an avid player of mixtape games. For the past few months, both me and my friend (who is also on nintendo switch) have been freezing when loading into mixtape games, mostly gun run, then when we close the game to refresh it says “software closed because an error occurred”, we load the game back up and most times get put back into the lobby instead of back into the game. That isn’t the worst part, we get given an abandon penalty of 20 MINUTES, multiple times in one day. The neglect of nintendo switch players is disgusting, if there is gonna be no effort put into the game for nintendo switch players, then you should remove it from there entirely since it isn’t fair for us. I shouldn’t be punished for “abandoning” a game when it’s the game that’s kicking me out into the lobby, and no, it isn’t a network issue since i have tried every troubleshoot possible and have also reinstalled the game, and yet i am facing the same issue. This needs to be addressed because it isn’t fair for me to spend half of my downtime sitting in the lobby waiting to play because i’m being given an abandon penalty. If there’s no abandon penalty for battle royale or ranked, remove it from mixtape too at least.
