Game chat audio bug

I can’t hear anything my teammates say in game chat. I’ve done all the trouble shooting I can for my game, console,  headset and controller to no avail. I recently played bf6 and could hear teammates just fine so it must be an apex issue. Has anyone else had experience with this?? It’s been going on for over a season now
