game completely broken

When I launched the game for the first time today, there was a problem with audio. I heard my bluetooth headphone disconnecting for no reason and the entire bluetooth function of my PC stopped working... Then I restarted my PC and now I have the same problem + the game will not launch (stuck on black screen after first launch animation). I've had so many issues just like these with apex, even though I have a high quality PC setup... Tried repairing, made it worse. I don't know man... why is this game so buggy
