Can you tell me on what priority Apex Legends in running at the moment?
If it's running on high, try setting it to Normal or Below normal

Have you tried updating your BIOS or resetting your clocking speed to default in BIOS?- 6 years ago@EA_Blueberry yes ive tried this before but i had to switch back to an earlier version of my bios because for some reason the bios update messed up with few things other than the game itself. A bug from their end i believe.
my clock speeds are on default, i haven't touched them.
Since duos update. i havent crashed, i'll let you know if the problem still remains. (maybe the black screen when "Starting game or while on the legend selection " was the problem?) since it got replaced, i havent crashed since yday.

I know you said you swapped out RAM a while back, have you tried running a memory test recently? Memtest86 is a well known site.
