hello, do you still remember the solution to this problem? I'm facing the same problem but the original thread has been deleted.
- @JiayeJiaJiaye i think i removed everything Origin related from my pc, all files, all %temp etc.

Same issue for me. Made a new installation of Windows 10, fixed my problem. Than I installed Origin and before I downloaded anything, the issue was back.
I think origin has a problem with the latest update.
