Hi there, I got the solution, at least for my case.
I didnt mention before, I have an Intel Arc A770 16GB, now, the problem was that in the past I turned on the "GPU tuning" option in the Intel Graphics Software.. and what is worse, I completely forgot about this setting.
To make it short: the issue with the game stopped happening as I turned "Gpu tuning" off..
