Game Freezing, only works if alt-tabbed

My game will freeze as soon as I load in, and will only unfreeze if Apex gets put into the background of another page. I've attached clips from the firing range, a match, and the lobby. After I alt-tab, I get 2-3 seconds of freedom before I can't do anything again and I need to tab back out to "fix" it. 

I have tried verifying the game files, uninstalled and reinstalled the game, deleted other games to make more space, reset my router, disabled Real Tek audio driver, none of these are the fix. 

Please help me... I had to switch over to PC because of Apex ending their service on the Switch, I essentially built my PC FOR Apex, so I'm incredibly saddened by this... I love this game so much, so I really hope that there's a fix for this somehow.
