for the last few hours I haven't been able to launch the game, I get through the intro vid then it closes.

It sounds like you’ve already gone through a lot of the common troubleshooting steps, including reinstalling the game, reinstalling anti-cheat, clearing caches, using DDU for the GPU driver, disabling overlays, and testing admin launch options.
Since the game closes right after the intro video, could you let us know whether you’re seeing any error code or crash message when it happens (I couldn’t see any error code in the video, so just wanted to confirm with you again here)? If possible, please also share a DxDiag Report, as that may help narrow things down further.

I am having the same issue i have a 9950x3d and ive also tried everything ive also got error messages sometimes
