Game is restarting pc on startup

Hi, I recently downloaded Apex after 1 and a half years on a pc and my game seems to freeze at the easyanticheat screen. My specs are Asus prime B550 Plus, Bios verison 3405, CPU - AMD 5600x, GPU - Nvidia 4060 8gb, RAM - 32 gb ddr4 gskill, SSD - Kingston 1TB. If I had to guess I would assume my bios version is outdated but I dont have access to a FAT usb at the moment. 

So far I have:

Disabled Steam overlay, Nvidia overlay, discord overlay

Disabled DOCP in bios

Added exclusions to bitdefender 

Ran steam/apex as administrator

Verified integrity of game files

Exited Riot Vanguard

Updated Nvidia Drivers
