@EA_Kent Yes I have nvidia. I use Lenovo's vantage software to update my drivers. I have no pending driver updates for any of my graphic cards.

Do you mind sharing a DxDiag when you've got the chance? You can find more info on how to pull one up at the EA Help website. Once you have the text file please attach it to this thread.

After the Genesis update came, lots of people have these two problems including me, first this infinite black loading screen and second game freezing/crashing when joining friends or trying change the game mode sometimes both. Personally my CPU usage doesn't jump up to 100%, it does the opposite it goes down to 20-30%. I have everything updated and I even have deleted riot vanguard to try if it works, it didn't. Also very rarely when the freezing happens and it doesn't crash, it throws me to main menu and gives one of these three errors : leaf, net or wheel

it's not funny. the problem has many players after the last update and it is not solved. for so long people just can't play
