Getting help into getting my old apex legends account

So about a year ago I lost my apex that I had for 3 years due too my former step father not having access to email that goes to the account and I don’t know password but I do the ea id for the account which is h1zsqueakz and id there’s anyway any one can help me get it back it would be appreciated so much please someone help.
