Gift card redeemed but no coins received

i already redeemed my gift card on the EA app for apex legends but it says it's already been used but there are no coins in my account. Yes I've tried to switch from steam to the EA app game and it...

I have already contact ea yesterday and the guy ask me to wait 24hours to see whether the apex coins have been updated to my account. And today still no apex coins being transferred and i have been waiting a respond for the past 8 hours. I have already contacted steam before ea yesterday and have proof that transaction has gone through from steam. but there is still no apex coins delivered to my account. I have email. and also waiting to chat advisor but still no answer from now
