Progression lost on PC

I used to play on PS4 until cross-save became available. I have two EA accounts, and when I tried to transfer my progress to Steam, I linked the wrong account and lost everything I had acquired on PS4. I have since unlinked the PS account and linked it to my original EA account, but I still haven't recovered any of my progress or purchases. I would appreciate a solution, as I spent a significant amount of money on the game.

I have receipts from the correct EA and PS accounts.
