Hacked and cant get help

I was launching apex through steam then i suddenly had to log in with an ea account again. after checking around diffrent platform i saw that nothing was linked to my ea account and i found it still linked to tracker.gg (pictureattached) then i tried contacting ea support (and its not beating its aligations btw) the chat bot ask for information to that account that i made back in 2019/2020 i have no way to know exactly whats right for that account. now at a loss and dont know what to do but im still trying becouse i dont want to lose my progress and my heirloom.
