haven't got my battle pass rewards but i says i received them

started my game after the new season dropped and i loaded in checked the new pass and stuff so i decided to buy it. my game crashed after i bought it. i loaded back into the game to my in game currency constantly loading and did not receive my rewards for purchasing the battle pass
