Hey CalvinCagster123,

Sorry to hear that after getting your heirloom shards, they ended up being spent on an heirloom you really aren't a fan of.

With that said however, I'm afraid we are not able to refund or exchange heirlooms. Once the heirloom (or any other purchase) has been made in-game, we're unable to then reverse it.

I'm glad you figured out what happened there, and if you haven't already done so I would definitely check through some additional security steps to make sure you're the only one with access to the account. We do not support account sharing, so that can help make sure no one else is able to make any other changes to your account in the future.
