Heirloom Shards Lost After Following EA Steps

I connected my accounts for cross progression, and nothing transfered over and It selected my lowest level account. I dont have any of my skins or heirlooms, and EA and 0 customer service that Is able to be contacted. Then they put out these useless articles that are no help. I followed all the steps to get my heirlooms back and still dont have them. And like I said nothing about who I can contact under the article.

  • Hey @omgitzhippos8,

The articles and guides we've put out do address your specific situation.

Now that Cross Progression is here: what you need to know - Answer HQ (ea.com)

Specifically, it looks like your PSN account was linked to this current EA account recently, but was previously linked to a different EA account.

You cannot transfer progress from one EA account to another. The content you previously had on your PSN account would still be on the original EA account where it was first earned.

If you're trying to recover any lost content, you will need to try relinking your PSN account to its original EA account instead. If you run into any trouble with the relinking process, you'll need to reach out to support directly.

If you create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I want to update my EA Account information, you should be able to get in touch with the support team so they can take a look.

    Hi @omgitzhippos8,

If you've already made a ticket, it would be best to continue discussing this with support.

You'll need to link your PSN account to whichever EA account had that initial progress as that cannot be transferred to different EA accounts, which is why you're not seeing any of the content after moving it to the current account.
