Heirloom Shards Missing?

Upon opening an apex pack within game I got heirloom shards and I was quickly queued into a match right after during the pack opening. Upon exiting the match I went back to my locker to see I did not receive any heirloom shards and there was still an apex pack within my inventory unopened. Upon opening the apex pack I got two commons and a rare item which were not the heirloom shards I had gotten before. I only had one apex pack within my inventory and did not earn another upon exiting the match and still a day later I am still missing my heirloom shards. Is anyone else experienced this? Can anyone help? Please and thank you!

    Hey prodxYuki​,

    Typically speaking, any items in a pack are added to your account immediately as soon as you press the button to open the pack - even if the animation doesn't finish playing out for whatever reason, like the queue popping.

    In this case, I hear you're saying heirloom shards showed up, but after finishing your match you had the pack to open again, but without the shards this time. From what I'm able to see in this case, the one pack that did get opened had correctly awarded its contents, which as you mentioned were not heirloom shards.

    We can certainly pass along what you've reported, but I'm afraid there wouldn't be anything we could grant in this type of situation without being able to verify that same behavior in our records, sorry.
