Lag after a few matches

For years I've had an issue where the lag in matches goes crazy after a few matches, sometimes after two or three and others after 10 or more but what is consistant with this is that the more I play the more chance of it happening. Sometimes this can be "fixed" by restarting the game but other times I have to restart the PC before I get consistant game play.

I have checked for heat related issues, this isn't a problem for the CPU, GPU, Motherboard or NVMe drive. all are well within operating temps. And just to further test I used a fan to push fresh colder air towards the PC and saw a reduction in temps but still no change to the issue.

I have for well over a year at this point checked event viewer for issues related to the lag, I typically have no events logged or if I do it relates to a notice or something simular for another program.

Background apps, I have Windows 11 (yes I know windows sucks etc etc) with only defender, Nvidia App and steam running. I have also tested this using the EA app without steam running and had the same happen.

I have consistantly checked my internet through these issues, every time I get a steady result 1Gbps download, 100ish Mbps upload and a ping of 10-15. When testing to the Apex server location (approx.) I get a fairly steady ping of around 20-30ms and in games I see 25-35ms typically.

I've tried using AMD chipset drivers and Windows issued AMD chipset drivers. I've tried using older and the latest Nvidia drivers. I've tried using Windows issued network drivers and also using my NIC drivers from the manufacture website. I have built in a 1Gbps Intel NIC on the motherboard and because of this issue I've also installed a Realtek 2.5Gbps NIC (this matches the LAN ports on the router).

I've reinstalled Windows 10/11 multiple times and worked through countless Windows gaming optimisation guides.

I've upgraded my system:

CPU - Ryzen 7 3700x to Ryzen 9 5900x

RAM - 3200mhz 16GB DDR4 to 3600mhz 32GB DDR4

Storage - multiple NVMe and SSD's tested. Game stored on the OS drive and a seperate drive

GPU - Nvidia 3080 12GB (AORUS GeForce RTX™ 3080 MASTER 12G)

PSU - 850w RM Corsair - for my setup it's recommended 750w PSU is used

I play both in peek hours and off hours and have this issue within both.

When playing other games this does not happen, it almost seems like there is some issue within the game itself or the game engine coursing this.
