Sorry to hear you’re dealing with that. I can understand why this feels like limbo, especially if the old iCloud account and the old PS4 are both no longer available.
Your account may not be lost, but this isn’t something that can really be fixed from the forums. If you no longer have access to the email on the account and can’t use a connected account or recognized device, the next step is to contact our support team so they can try to recover the account. It would be helpful to have the original email on the account, any linked usernames like your PSN ID, and any purchase or invoice details you still have.
