help My Apex account has been banned

I haven't logged into the game for a long time. When I logged in at the end of March of this year, I found that my account was banned on February 11th of the same year. However, I never played Apex in February and I didn't receive any emails from EA. As a result, my 1700 hour account was banned. I tried to ask for help through emails many times, but each time I was told that it would not be overturned and that this was an internal investigation decision. But I don't even know why I was banned. I sent my device SN code to customer service because I only have one device, but the same email still answered me. I am really curious whether my account was stolen or banned for some reason, but no one has answered me at all. Now that I have opened my ban reason, there is nothing written on it. I need help now and I want to figure out everything.

    I was banned in February. I didn't log in until the 20th of March. Only then did I find out my account was banned. I sent three emails but still couldn't figure out why I was banned. They told me it was because of cheating, but I checked my login records and found that I only logged in three times from January to February. I also asked for help from the customer service, but they didn't give me a specific reason. I have no idea which match I cheated in or when. My career score of 1700 is quite ordinary. I've had this account since the game was launched. I really don't understand why I would cheat to ruin an account that I've put so much effort into. But the customer service didn't reply to my emails with a detailed explanation. I just want to know which match it was or if it was because of my device. I only have one device to log in with. I want to ask them to verify my device, but they won't reply to me.
