Thanks for the info, I think I found the problem with this, so I don’t have a problem signing in or reseting my password for my current EA account, however I discovered that my Xbox account is already linked to an EA account, however that EA account has been deactivated, not sure where to go from here.
To my understanding, only one EA account can be linked to one Xbox Account in its life time, however I’m not sure if this goes both ways, so how can I unlink a deactivated account from the Xbox side that’s no longer in use? Is this possible? Maybe I should get on the phone or contact someone directly from EA or Xbox support :(
