HELP

As soon as I launched the game yesterday, I got banned for "Gameplay Enhancement". I tried to appeal, but no matter how many times I submitted, it always says:“Case not created. We ran into an issue creating your case, but we're working on it. Wait a few hours and try again.”

I switched browsers, changed devices, and even used a VPN, but it still shows the same message. I tried other methods from the forums, like using a separate web form or submitting while logged out anonymously, but after filling them out, the submit button does literally nothing when I click it.

I’m completely out of options. Regardless of whether EA thinks this ban is justified or not—I even just bought the Mythic skin and the Prestige skin—I’ve lost the right to even appeal. Honestly, can someone please help me?
