High CPU Usage by System Process (20%+) Causing Stutters in Apex Legends

I'm experiencing severe stuttering and frame drops in Apex Legends due to 100% total CPU usage. The main contributor, alongside the game, is the "System" process which consistently uses over 20% of the CPU as soon as the game is launched.

Troubleshooting Steps I've Already Taken:

• I am on the latest graphics driver.
• I have attempted a clean boot to isolate software conflicts.
• I have disabled Windows Defender (including real-time protection) to rule out antivirus interference.
