Hello @_nico_wize_1,
not every option on the EA website gives you the option to start a live chat - it depends on the issue. Sometimes you only get the option to send an E-Mail or are directed to here in the forum.
What is the issue you're having?
hey thx for responding. im having trouble with massive lag during gameplay AND lobby when i had no problem before, it renders the game unplayable. i have turned down my graphics and even used a vpn but no luck. plz help
By the way i looked and there was no option for a call no matter what i click i dont know what you are talking about
I AM HAVING THE SAME ISSUE. TRYING TO GET $200 WORTH OF MDDEN POINTS THAT WENT TO OLD GEN XBOX INSTEAD ON CURRENT GEN AND ITS BEEN OVER A MONTH AND I HAVE NOT RECIEVED ANY HELP. THIS IS MY LAST YEAR BUYING MADDEN. IT IS OBVIOUS THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT MONEY AND NOT HELPING CUSTOMERS AND LIKE YOU SAY THE PURPOSELY HIDE THE CHAT OPTION ANF THE EMAIL OPTION IS POINTLESS
I purchased 6000 coins with a bonus 700 on 9/6/23 with intent to buy the featured event package loba skin with 60 crates
Purchase was made... money was taken from my bank account and no coins were given to me... I recieved no coins...
I wait till next day and contact EA support talking to rohit... who informs me I need to wait 24 hrs...
I wait till the next day which is today 9/8/23 and contact EA and again get put on with rohit since i continued my case.. I go through a long chat with rohit discussing getting my coins... he says he see's there may be a glitch on there end and needs to mark it as a bug and send it to someone higher... I then tell him no I dont want that I simply want a refund he tells me he basically wont be sending in the bug ticket then and now I need to contact playstation support for refund
I ask rohit if its a bug why cant that be looked into even if i am getting a refund... My question is dodged and conversation ends
I contact playstation for refund... point blank they wont give a refund since it qualifies as some TOS thing where they dont have to refund it... they document that I recieved the coins as well and nothing they can do... however I never recieved the coins... anyone with access to my account or see what coins I have spent can see I spent no coins... so he tells me to go back and contact EA if I want the coins
I contact EA again this time put on with shivam... after talking with shivam he also states that it looks like I recieved the coins... I did not however recieve them... upon further conversation with shivam he tells me he sees that there is a potential glitch and bug on there end and that other players could probably be experiencing the same issue... I asked him then if you know this can you assure me I will get my coins... he said no I cant assure anything but we will look into it.... so I am now highly frustrated at this point having lost 65$ for coins that I was gonna use for a timed event
So at this point I suggest anyone who is experiencing this bug and glitch that shivam has mentioned submit a ticket to live chat about missing items.... and make forum posts about it so that we can pool everyone up that is experiencing this...
Basically between playstation and EA there is no reassurance and a lack of support currently... anyone else experiencing this similar issue?
On top of that I felt like they were doing everything in there power to get me off the chat... told me they see its a bug on there end but cant tell me when it will be fixed or if I will even get my coins once its resolved just told me I need to wait and check forums.... its really really really bad support here... its atrocious and on top of that ... they basically stole 65$ from me... there email support always says waiting for player even if you type everyting out and submit proper attachments... then they claim you misclicked something when you didnt.... its all dodget and weave since they got the money...
Even now after all this they dont address the isues

you should be able to get a live chat, but call options won't be possible to find as phone support is not available any more. The live chat option that I mentioned is a different contact. Can you find that one?
Regarding that issue, the live support would not necessarily be able to help you anyway, as they are not necessarily responsible for technical support. I'd suggest updating your drivers to see if that helps.
did you contact them through the e-mail or the live chat option? If you contacted them by e-mail, it can take a few days to get an answer. If you want to contact them quickly, I suggest using the live chat option.
mmmh, that is strange - in itself, there is currently no known bug regarding an issue like this. Sadly, we don't have access to account information here in the forum, so all I can ask of you is to contact support again. If they say the coins are found on the account, then there's not really anything they can do either. Are you sure that no transactions were made after your coin purchase? All transactions can be found on the account as well, so if necessary, you can ask Support if any transactions were taken. If there are any transaction from the game on the account that you haven't made, there is a chance that maybe someone else had access to your account and has made transactions. That could explain why the coins are found in the system but not in your game. Maybe ask support if they can see any coins being spent from your account - if that's the case, it might mean your account got hacked or someone in your household might have used your account.
