I bought the Apex Champions Edition back on Xbox in December 2020 and I had all cosmetics, legends, coins and heirlooms etc but not too long ago I made the switch to PC and I'm using the same account that I used on Xbox but after playing I've discovered that I haven't got anything from that account and I've essentially restarted my account. I've logged back onto my Xbox and everything from my PC is on there now and everything I had previously is wiped. What can I do?

Sorry to hear all of your previous Apex progress and cosmetics appear to be missing after moving from Xbox to PC. I understand how concerning that is, especially when you had a lot of content on the account.
Apex Legends progress is tied to your EA Account, and Cross Progression should allow you to access that progress across Xbox and PC as long as both platforms are linked to the same EA Account.
Please avoid unlinking or relinking any accounts for now, as this can affect access to your progress and content.

Please first check that both your Xbox and PC accounts are linked to the same EA Account that originally held your Apex progress.
If everything appears to be linked correctly and your old progress is still missing, please scroll to the bottom of the lost progress guide and select Contact Us so our support team can help check which EA Account your original progress is associated with.

I've never unlinked nor relinked either account it's always been tied since I made the account on my Xbox. Is there some sort of way where I can have my account(s) merged? Or can I get my shock sticks (or the shards) reissued along with the remaining cosmetics and legends?

PickleIsTickled I'm afraid that since progress is tied to the EA Account level, it cannot be transferred, merged, or given to another EA Account.
