How do I provide more context to a ban?

Hi, I know what's been said about bans before but I really believe if the advisor assigned to my case knew the context behind my message that we could get this resolved.

How do I do that? I've appealed already but it was denied. Could a moderator on here help me provide context to the ToS team? Apex is a game I am soooo passionate and I only have one suspension from a year ago, unrelated to this. I am not a repeat offender

EA chat cannot help with bans either, it's only via the tos team.

If you haven't already exhausted your appeals, then try again via the below link to the only process to reappeal your ban. And submit any and all evidence there.

All the available information relating to your ban would have been communicated to you via the email associated with your EA account.

If you feel you have been incorrectly banned, the only thing you can do is to dispute any action taken against your EA account by following the steps in this article:

If you have exhausted the appeals process, then I'm afraid the ban is probably permanent.

Sure, but you didn't say if there's anything if I myself could do something to provide context. I can't reach EA chat to discuss since the account is suspended. I'd really like to add a comment to explain to an advisor but I'm unable to
