How do i turn off text speech on nintendo switch

I have it off but i still hear the robot talking when i say something in chat this just started recent when i updated the game not sure if its a bug or a glitch i got so annoyed that i just disable chat if this is a glitch or bug may you guys fix it please? I checked my settings and it says text speech off but i still hear the robot.

@EA_Atic yeah that's the problem... there is no setting that says text to speech in the first place. It used to work just fine is season 8 but after some update I can only use the chat if my voice chat is turned on. And if I do use it with voice chat on the robot voice talks and there's no setting to turn it off. I play on switch and could really use help on turning it off.
