If you received the prompt in the main menu before logging into the lobby on Apex Legends, the cross progression has got to you already.
If it has not, then eventually you will get the chance to merge your accounts.

Did you recently make a secondary Apex Legends account under your PlayStation account or you already made this account previously in the past?
Did you unlink any of your platform accounts from another EA Account to link it to your main EA Profile?
