How to escalate to human review?!

I've had to come here after a woeful and disheartening experience with customer service portals and agents. I have been one of the victims of the Apex Legends incorrect bans after the Wildcard event release, and have had my appeal rejected. I've got over 750hrs, thousands of dollars invested since 2019, and the customer service has been appalling. I even spent 250$ on new heirloom 3 days before the ban. Can a customer service agent on the forums please assist me with escalating a ticket to TOS team for review asap please?

    So I've noticed. This is absolutely unacceptable. Now if I was actually cheating, or hadn't poured so many hours and funds into the game id just suck it up and start a new, but 755hrs plus thousands, and being banned for "getting too good too quick"....i.e getting the 20kill and 4k badges in wildcard on 3 legends, and being reported by a couple ragers leads to an automatic ban, is a joke. I'm on PC but use a controller so they can't even say it's a keyboard and mouse issue. Will be checking all purchases this week ready for an arbitration claim if it's not resolved soon. The appeal tool is a joke, automated replies with no substance. No one's even explained why I've been banned.....just a basic umbrella term of "gameplay enhancement", which is rubbish. Only thing which was enhanced was I had to go back on my PS5 for 4 days whilst my PC was repaired, and my stats may have gone down a little, but then went back on PC and stats resumed as normal. This is unbelievable

    I've tried this and the "email us" option never shows up for me. It only ever has the penalty tool option or the chat with us option, both of which do not help me escalate to the ToS team. Honestly I'm so disappointed with the level of customer service for a long standing player who has poured so much time and money into this game....

    We have steps here on how you can raise a dispute with our terms of service team. We can't directly help with bans on the forums, but if you contact them they'll be able to take a look at your ban for you.
