Hello EA team,
I got more than 1.5k hours in my account from 2019. I've spent so much money on the game. But more than that I've played Apex since like season 5, and it's been my go-to whenever.
I've never in my life used anything, hardware or software to enhance gameplay. just regular old mnkb. i havent even changed my mouse and kb in years. I havent installed anything new on my computer in at least a year either.
Today while playing with my friend as usual, I was kicked out of a game and hit with a permanent ban for Gameplay enhancement. How do i look like i use gameplay enhancement when my spray is so bad and i lose most games with zero kills, and my stats are for a lack of better word, stagnant for years.
I've submitted my appeal through the system, but I feel that a false positive ban should be shared here as it hurt me emotionally, after supporting the game monetarily and playing it through the good times and bad in my life over the last 7 years.
I feel hurt and betrayed by what happened tonight. You can see that i dont even ever post anything in this forum the last 7 years, but today i have to share this.
I really hope someone takes a look at this, and not just kicking the can to someone else because it's not their responsibility. We are human with feelings on the receiving end of these false bans.
