okay so around 3 years ago I had switch to pc from Xbox series s I used to have the user name Foot enj0yer and have had the user for over 5 years of playing apex I recently had just switched back to Xbox not thinking anything of it I installed the game had no problems whatsoever for about a week of playing on the Xbox I load onto apex yesterday to see I have been banned for 7 days as my user was offensive prior to this around weeks ago I had been banned for another reason I cant specifically remember so I understand my account was under review making it more prone to a ban but I cant understand how the user foot enjoyer is offensive at the time I was 12 when naming myself that as a inside joke with a friend could we please resolve this issue as id like to play after just switching back to console and cant understand why I have been banned and I have now changed my username which costs money to do so just so I do not have this same problem in the future thank you.
As well as the account that has been banned is not this account as I cant log into ea as its blocked
Also don't reply saying we cant resolve this issue here as its forums i have countless times tried emailing tried to submit appeals and they are not reviewed or just roughly brushed over id like action taken now as I'm tired of trying to contact ea for help and get no help
