My Apex Legends account was permanently banned for “in-game enhancement.” This ban is false, and I’m asking for someone with the appropriate access to properly investigate what happened.
I’ve already contacted EA Support twice and submitted 4 separate appeals, but every appeal received essentially the same response. I was also told that only the Terms of Service team can investigate this type of ban, yet I have still been unable to get a genuine manual review of my case.
I have never used cheats, hacks, or any form of unauthorized software in Apex Legends or any other game. I’m not asking EA to bypass its rules or simply take my word for it. I’m asking for the evidence behind the ban to actually be reviewed and for someone to determine what caused the detection.
For transparency, I use Medal.tv to record and clip gameplay, and I had ASUS GPU Tweak running to monitor my GPU temperature. I also played Wild Card, where there can be extremely fast movement and bunny hopping. I’m not saying any of these caused the ban — I’m providing this information because I want whoever investigates the case to have the full picture.
I’ve played Apex since Season 3, reached Master more than 10 times, and have thousands of hours invested in the game. I have never had any reason to cheat, and I would never risk an account I’ve invested so much time and money into.
I have gameplay and other evidence available, and I’m more than willing to provide anything necessary for a proper investigation.
Case number: 253691041
I’m not asking for special treatment. I’m simply asking for case 253691041 to be manually investigated by someone who can actually see what triggered the ban rather than receiving another identical appeal response.
If anyone from EA or Respawn can help get this case in front of the appropriate team, I would genuinely appreciate it.
theoldsparrow Sorry, but bans cannot be handled on the forums.

No one here will help you—however harsh that may sound. Appeals are handled by AI, so don't get your hopes up too high.
