Hello EA Community,
I'm looking for guidance regarding my Apex Legends ban appeal.
Case number: #254473107
Game: Apex Legends
Penalty: Ban
Appeal submitted: September 14, 2026
Current status: New
It has been over 40 days since I submitted my appeal, but the status still shows New. I have not received a decision or a meaningful update.
I believe this ban was applied incorrectly, and I would appreciate clarification on whether my appeal is still awaiting review.
Could someone please advise me on the appropriate next steps or explain how I can obtain an update on my existing case?

As far as I know, I was banned on August 31 and submitted an appeal immediately on September 1. However, I still haven't received a single response to this day. My account had never been banned before, nor had I ever submitted an appeal.
Given that there has still been no response, I suspect something may have gone wrong with their internal review team or process. After all, even if someone really had been cheating, they should still receive some kind of update on the status of their appeal rather than being left completely in the dark.
I've been dealing with this issue for almost two months now, and it's been incredibly frustrating. EA support also told me that I could submit an additional appeal without closing my original case, but whether that actually works seems to vary from person to person. After all, I already tried doing that a month ago.

If you already have an appeal pending, you will need to wait for a response from the EA TOS Team.
Midnight9746 In fact, that's exactly what I did, and I'm also aware that the forums can't provide any direct help with reviewing bans. I just wanted to point out that this isn't an isolated incident and share my own experience.
After all, haven't I been waiting since September 1 and still not received a response?
