I am unable to provide key information to the TOS team

Can someone help me communicate to the tos team? I'm so stupid. I ran out of my EMAIL appeal. Because of my bad memory, every time I send a part of the message. When I came to the forum, I realized that I should put all the information in one email. Now They will just repeat "Hello,

We received your latest message regarding the action taken on your account. We have performed all investigations possible on this issue and will not reverse the decision.

Please do not expect further responses on this matter."

I don't even know if they read the important information I want to submit to them.
This is a ban for malicious behavior that was incorrectly assessed for severity.
I've only done this stupid thing twice when the team was full of old friends. They could even come out and testify.
The first game. We were tired. I tried to send N-Word, only to be told that I would be banned from sending messages for 30 minutes. So I decided to get a 30 minute ban on messaging, log off and sleep with my friends, which I did get and log off.
The second game. I also want to get a 30-minute ban on sending messages. After sending it twice, I thought that I need to continue to communicate with the team, otherwise I can’t play normally. So I didn’t send the third time.
This is the whole process of my being stupid. I didn't insult anyone or vent my malice. Only fools are being stupid.

I think the OTS team just investigated the keywords that their system checked at that time and then finalized the case immediately, and didn’t see the message I provided. Because I only sent part of it at a time, I sent multiple cases to them, which I deeply feel Sorry to bother them.

What I would like to ask is for them to allow me to provide them with the details and then reassess and make a decision.
But now their emails have responded to me like a robot, I don't know if they actually saw the emails sent to them later.

My situation is as unfair as my account being banned for posting keywords in the training range/shooting range/shooting range, no one can see, no one can hear, it's like I'm scolding myself, and I will be banned.

Please help me good people who can talk to OTS team. Such punishment is really not right for me.
I am African Chinese. I swear I didn't insult anyone. If there is, it can only be myself. I don't deserve the same punishment and cold treatment as cheaters and racists.

I'm sorry for my wrong speech, but please do reply me and help me. Such a judgment is very disapproving to me. My friends also say it is ridiculous.😢😢😢

  • I have been asking OTS to communicate with me normally in the previous few complaints. But they only replied with a few repeated sentences. They didn’t talk to me as well as CHAT customer service. And I have been in the pain of being wronged for the past few days. Lying on the ground and breathing several times to try to regain calmness. If there are EA OTS team members in the forum, please be sure to reply me in the forum and communicate with me man. I need more OTS team members to see this post. Whoever sees it In this post, please comment on whether it is correct for me to be permanently banned for such a stupid thing.

  • I just want to get a 30 minute ban from sending messages. This should not get an active ban. I have tried contacting EA HELP on various platforms.

  • Even if this is "hateful content" it shouldn't be so serious. At least the ban should not be permanent. I'm really friendly and don't mean to hurt anyone. So really hope OTS team or their acquaintances can see this talk.

    I also said that the reason for my first accident was that the STEAM platform was playing the GMOD-TTT game mode at the time, and I just changed the name of the identity in it. I have changed the names of identity I and identity T. I have not Thinking of playing APEX with the linkEA account immediately got me banned. It made me lose a chance to make a mistake.   • @EA_David HELP!!! Can you contact the TOS team. Or do you know the forum manager who can contact the TOS team. Please help me contact them. If I was really a hateful person, I would not be so brazen to complain and ask for help. I am truly wronged and innocent. I have never cheated or treated anyone maliciously. This wrong assessment is a stain on my life/account.

    EA Staff and other people on AHQ won't be able to assist you with this issue, only the TOS team will be able to deal with this.

    If you've exhausted that, then there really isn't anything you can do to overturn this decision.

  • @XHelperZ Isn't there any contact/complaint channel for this TOS team other than the email contact in EA HELP? Then I can only say that it is really well hidden.

    Hey @Rainbowmare,

    The only contact with the Terms of Service team would be through the appeals process, as you've already mentioned doing.

    If they've already reviewed the situation multiple times and declined to remove the action, that will be final and not something we can change here either, sorry.
