Y1nhuashuxi0​ Sorry, bans cannot be handled on the forums as you would need to contact the EA TOS Team.

However, if you were told to "not expect anything further", (or something similar), then I'm afraid that there isn't anything that can be done about your ban as EA only allows players 3 chances to appeal their EA Account ban, (whereas, if a player isn't unbanned by their 3rd appeal, their ban remains upheld).
