Progress lost after unlinking
i lost 300 hours of progression, when talking to staff they say my account unlinked and relinked, is that progression cooked now and i start lvl 1 again?

You can find the details of what happens when you unlink and relink an EA account used to play Apex in this guide.
When you unlink a platform account from your EA Account, you can link it to another EA Account, but your game progress won’t transfer over. That means you’ll permanently lose access to:
- game progress
- DLC, expansions, and anything extra you have for your game
- memberships and subscriptions
- previous drops and other rewards
- in-game purchases.
For Apex Legends specifically, there are some additional risks, and you might have issues with Battle Pass leveling, item unlocks, and other errors.
You could try relinking the original accounts to recover your progress if you have not hit the linking limits in place.
