I lost all of my cosmetics and legends. I contacted support and they were unable to help me, they sent me here. I received an email about activity changes to my account that I hadn't changed. I quickly logged in and changed my password and set up login verification. When I signed back in I had to relink my Xbox account to EA. Support told me they had no evidence of foul play, yet all my stuff is gone. Is there any way to recover my stuff? I have spent hundreds of dollars on this game, I am sure most of you have as well!

Hello there @SugarLipCandies ,
I'm sorry you've lost all your Cosmetics and Legends! Unfortunately there isn't much we can do here as we are just the Players helping Players Forums.
I would advise you to try and open another Case with the EA Game Advisors as they are your best bet in getting anything recovered.
Here's How:
1. Navigate to EA Help.
2. Click Contact Us at the top of the page.
3. Choose Apex Legends as your Game.
4. Choose your Platform.
5. Under 'Topic' select Missing Content.
6. Under 'Issue' select Had Content and Lost it.
7. Click the Blue Select Contact Option at the bottom of the page.
8. This will give you the option to request a live chat with an EA Game Advisor. Explain your situation and include any pictures that you may have as evidence. The more Evidence you have, the easier it will be to recover your lost items.
*Note: If the EA Game Advisors can't assist you, then there is nothing else that can be done about your issue.

@EA_Darko @ i spent all that money because of apex but you somehow can't transfer it to my main account that I purchased it directly from!!! This is outrageous why can't it just merge to it since it was purchased through my same Microsoft account it makes no sense at all!!! * ylu!!!!!!

The exact thing happened to me as well.
I was trying to get a twitch prime skin for Ash, but it didn't go through. The next thing I know is I'm logged all the way out of Apex and it's asking me for an email address.
Not only are all my cosmetics and weapon skins gone but I never get the Ash skin.
I really need some help, please!

Hey @482407 have you ensured that you are logged into the right account as it may be that when you logged out you logged back into a secondary account?
