I have lost all my cosmetics and legends.

I lost all of my cosmetics and legends. I contacted support and they were unable to help me, they sent me here. 

I received an email about activity changes to my account that I hadn't changed. I quickly logged in and changed my password and set up login verification. When I signed back in I had to relink my Xbox account to EA. Support told me they had no evidence of foul play, yet all my stuff is gone. Is there any way to recover my stuff? I have spent hundreds of dollars on this game, I am sure most of you have as well!

  • Hey @SugarLipCandies, if our live support has advised you that they cannot assist then I'm sorry to say but there is nothing more that we can do to assist you with this issue.

    If your account was unlinked then you will lose all in-game content on the Gamertag that was unlinked.
