I keep getting Code 0x8000002 bug when I launch apex legends

I looked through task manager and didn't spot anything that could potentially flag it. The error needs to tell me which app is causing the code because I can't figure it out. I uninstalled daemontools altogether and I searched through all the other processes to see ending it would do the trick to no avail. I also read somewhere that DS4Windows causes issues and I don't have that software but I ended any programs that sounded similar.

I've installed and uninstalled multiple times. I've repaired game files multiple times. I'm not sure what else I can do to resolve the issue. Nothing changed on my pc... the game simply stopped launching and giving me that error.
