I need help due to no email!!!

Hello, I need help. My Apex game account has been suspended, but I did not find any record of penalties in EA. I would like to appeal, but due to issues with my email, I am unable to initiate it. I can assure you that I have never used any third-party cheats or exploited any game bugs. I have a strong disdain for cheating methods. My game account KD has only just reached 1.0, and this season I haven't even reached Diamond rank, with fewer than a hundred matches played. Could you help me appeal or investigate the status of my account? At least tell me the reason for the suspension and how long it will last. The only possibility I can think of for the suspension is that I logged into my account at an internet cafe.

Because of my email, even if I click to submit an appeal, I still can't find my appeal request in the case, so I can only seek help here.

Thanks,but I use Steam to play games, and the account I'm using right now is linked to my Steam account where I play games.

You mention that your penalty history is empty; do you play via something else than the EA app (like Steam or PlayStation, for example)? If so, could you quickly log in here with your EA account details and let me know if that other account is linked? If it isn't, it might be the case that your ban is actually on a different EA account than the one that you're using to reach out with.

Today I tried to appeal again, and guess what? The page shows that advisers do not support this issue! My god, if players are not allowed to appeal, then why set up this appeal interface? And why does my ban have no penalty record? If I really violated the game's terms, please provide evidence, instead of banning my account for no reason without giving any reason, and even not allowing me to appeal. Please respond to me, I still want to play Apex for a lifetime.

I want to know why I clicked submit appeal but can't find it in my case? I don't want to change my email because I use it for almost all my games, and changing it would be too much hassle. Is it that QQ email from China isn't supported?
