Typically when your progress seems to have been reset like this, it's due to unlinking a platform or even just logging in to a different EA account.
Progress is stored on the EA account level, not on individual platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, Steam, etc. If you link your platform to a different EA account, you'll lose access to that progress and it will appear to have reset. Progress cannot be moved between different accounts.
It looks like this is what's happened here as well, as the EA account you're using is very new. You've mentioned playing quite a bit of Apex in the past, but that would have been on a different EA account at the time. You'll need to log back into whichever EA account was used originally, and any other platforms would need to be re-linked there as well.
We are not able to make any changes to your account status or progress via the forums, but if something was linked or unlinked incorrectly it may be worth contacting support to see if the original platform(s) can be re-linked.
