I spent 99 euros on apex coins and didnt get them

Like the title says I bought apex coins for 99 euros on October 11th 7:49 swedish time and havent gotten them yet. I talked with ea support and they told me to wait until 24 hours have gone by so I did that and still nothing, so I talked to ea support again and they said everything looks good on their end and steam says the same thing but I haven gotten my coins so I got scammed by ea and they wont/cant help me and just ended the chat after they said there is nothing they can do. What do I do?

(The 500 coins I bought afterwards worked I got them but not the 11 500 coins that I bought for 99 euros)

    Hey CarolineWBG​,

    Sorry to hear you're still waiting on those coins to show up. I understand you've spoken with support a couple times about this already, but if you're still not seeing those coins it would be best to reach out again. We are not able to review or verify any purchases via the forums, or make changes to your account here I'm afraid. 

    It does sound like you've done everything on your end, but I would check this info just to be safe. If you're still running into this afterwards, please reach back out to support to have them take another look.

    Having the same exact issue. My purchase was made on 10/10 at 22:46 CEST for Apex Legends – 2,000 + 150 Bonus Apex Coins in Norway. I’ve done everything I can—contacted support, followed all instructions—but they couldn’t help. They just said they’ll escalate it to the team to assist anyone with a similar issue.

    Seems like this might be a bug with the EU server.

    Im having the same issues, i purchased 10000+1500 coins today 19/10 and i didnt received it yet,  the support told me to wait 24h but the other times i bought coins it reached my account instant
