From what you mention it looks like your account was hacked. You would first have to recover and re-secure your account and associated e-mail account. before you submit a ban appeal.

First, thank you, you are the first person who has given a positive response to my case.Second, yes, I have already changed my password, but I’m still receiving what seem to be automated replies.I will continue to appeal until the EA team gives me a satisfactory answer.
