I was hacked, I couldn't access my account and I got banned?

I want to start my problem from the beginning. I haven't been playing Apex Legends for about 4-5 months. But recently, when I want to play again, I realized that I cannot access my account. (I've played almost since the game's release date via Origin and Steam.) I continued playing there right after the game came to Steam. But 2 days ago, with my friends downloading the game, I decided to go back to Apex to play, but what is that? I can not access my account.

For these problems, I immediately contacted someone from EA live support. First of all, they said that my account was banned and they directed me to another unit. I was prompted for a new e-mail address immediately after being forwarded. They linked my Apex account with the requested e-mail address. No problems so far. The problem starts now.

I deleted the game on Steam because there was an empty account there that no longer belongs to me. I downloaded the game again from the EA App. By the way, my in-game name was changed. I didn't care too much as I thought it was procedural. I went into the game right after and noticed that there was a difference. The account belongs to me, yes, but I am at a RANK level that I have never reached before. While I only had the Bloodhound Heirloom, I also saw the Wraith Heirloom. Then I saw the skins from 1-2 seasons ago. But I haven't even played the last 2-3 seasons. Then I wanted to enter Firing Range and the game took me to the main page and said that the account was banned and I did not have access to the game. I would go crazy.

I realized that someone hacked my account and played this game from my account. Then I looked at the purchases in the account management and on January 1, 2023, 1000 Apex Coins were purchased with Hong Kong dollars. Man, I live in Turkey and I didn't even know Hong Kong had a dollar in my life. I have not shared my password with anyone before, whatever happened, everything happened after Ea App came. I sent an e-mail to the support team for this and the friends said that they were talking among themselves and that they would not remove the ban.

I have over 700 hours of gameplay on Steam. I have tons of in-game cosmetics, heirloom and almost all DLC. I got all of these both by playing and spending tons of money. Now when someone from Hong Kong steals my account and then plays from my account, it's like their own account. I feel fooled. How can anyone help me?

    You will need to speak to our Terms of Service team @Supremexst7.

    The process to contact our ToS team can be found here: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

    1. Click Contact us at the top of any page on EA Help.
    2. Select the game that your account was banned or suspended from. If it’s on your whole EA Account, choose Origin.
    3. Choose your platform.
    4. Select Manage my account, then Banned or suspended account.
    5. Fill out any other details below.
      • For example, if you picked Origin, it might ask you if you are accessing the game through an Origin Access membership.
    6. Click Select contact option.
    7. Sign in to your account that has the ban or suspension, if you aren’t already.

    I followed all the directions given to me. But there is only one message I have received and that is this: 

    "Hello,

    we received your latest message regarding the action taken on your account. We have performed all investigations possible on this issue and will not reverse the decision.

    Please do not expect further responses on this matter.

    Thank you,
    EA Terms of Service"

    Someone from the other side of the world is hacking me, playing my game, and getting banned. How can I be guilty of this?

    Hey @Supremexst7 if our TOS team has declined multiple appeals then there is nothing that we or anyone else can do to change this.
