i'm getting mixed signals if my account is egible

I recently wanted to play back on my PlayStation account and with cross-progression it seemed like a perfect time. I did find out that my PlayStation account was still linked to the wrong ea account....

It sounds like the issue is that your PC and PSN accounts are linked to different EA accounts. Both needed to be on the same EA account before the merge happened.

I linked the PSN account back to the original account so this is the original ea account my PSN was on.
