So I have a steam account (not sure what EA account was used) that has some Octane skins like the Octane edition of the game and another skin that is pretty rare and even though I don't really use octane anymore I would like to get my skins and also be able to have a custom username without losing my heirloom (hope's dusk) but I'm not sure how to merge the accounts, is it possible if I'm not sure what EA account I used for steam? I'm pretty sure someone like my mom has some of the info on the EA account linked to my steam. If I find out what EA account I used for my steam, can I merge it with my current EA account without losing any skins/heirlooms?

this is proof of ownership, had it since Christmas 2021 (I still suck spite playing the game for years because I always quit)

Hey @Fshhyy,

If you don't recall which EA account was linked with that Steam account, you'll need to reach out to our support team directly so they can try to help track that down using any details you can recall.

You'll need to have access to an account in order to make any changes such as linking or unlinking an account.

With that said, it sounds like you may have progress on another EA account at this point. Progress cannot be transferred from one EA account to another, so if you do have progress on multiple EA accounts, there will not be a way to merge that all together sadly.

If you're looking to at least try recovering the old account so you have access to that content, you can create a new case here and select Game Support > The EA app > I want to update my EA Account information or I need help logging in to my EA Account. That should let you get in touch with the support team so they can try to locate and update that account.

If I look into it with my mom, I'm sure she can find the EA account I used for steam, so can I merge 2 different EA accounts?

@EA_Mako I have recovered the account this is also her old EA account that she made in 2011 so please make sure that the progress/playtime/date created is saved on there after I merge my apex accounts because I dont want to lose that. All that's left is, how do I merge the accounts?

@Fshhyy if not that is fine but I just want to log in my current EA account to my steam account would I have to unlink it from the SSHB10?

It would be best to speak with support about this further. Without seeing which platforms are linked to which EA accounts I can't advise you in one direction or the other.

You'll need to look over the accounts and decide for yourself whether losing access to the progress from one EA account is acceptable, as it is not possible to merge or combine that progress across multiple EA accounts.
