Hello,I have been facing constant high ping(350+) on the Singapore servers (all 3 Singapore 1, Singapore GCE-1, and 2), however, the menu ping is ping ~80 on all these servers.I am using Jio Fiber(ISP) and I have tried connective guide. That didn't help.I have attached 2 screenshots showing the difference in pings in the menu and the actual game.Note: I get good ping once every 4-5 games. I don't know how and why that happens.

Hi @vinaysongoku To confirm are you hardwired versus wifi or cell data? If not could we try a physical connection, also can you check that the time/date is correct on the device and the connection is not trying to use a VPN if you have one on the device?

Hi @vinaysongoku There are a few things that could cause an issue with the match ping to be higher, first to check which platform are you on?

@EA_Illium I have tried both steam and origin on PC, same result. I also Tried pinging the Singapore servers on cmd while in game the result was 80 ms and the in game ping was still 300

Hi @vinaysongoku Thanks for the additional information, can you try the following to see if anything changes?

Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)

Untick the options in LAN Settings (make sure nothing is checked under Proxy Server)

@vinaysongoku Do you have any software (or hardware) on the device or network that acts as security or controls network traffic? If so can we whitelist Origin and Apex and check if this continues?

Flush DNS, restart your router properly by disconnecting the power for at least 5 mins, call your internet provider and tell them to check stability

@EA_Illium I don't have any software like that unless it comes with windows(i.e,I don't know about it)

@EA_IlliumI tried those as well. The ISP is a big firm and I don't think they will check if the point is stable for a specific game, all other games seem to be working fine
