It seems like the servers are completely down. I tried to load into a game and it just says matchmaking. I cant even load into firing range. I see people posting the same issue on reddit 3h ago, so it seems like it's been going on for a few hours. I just logged on to play a few matches and get an epic pack from the event, it seems like that's not happening.
Another thing since I'm already here. Me and my friends have been having a lot of issues with the audio lately. I mostly notice it in Wildcards and it started with the Gundam event. The sounds just disappear completely sometimes or you can't hear shots. The amount of times i've died in the past few weeks because someone was right behind me and i couldn't hear them is unreal. Sometimes i just start getting damage with no audio of shots and my the time i find where they're coming from, i'm already dead.

same man, my game's been stuck on matchmaking for like the longestt time, no concurrent player read like 30+ ppl in queue and so on, even the firing range won't load me in
