Info Gathering: PC Crashing before getting to lobby

Ok I know that some of you have the same issue of PC platform such as connecting the game after entering the lobby it will close without a warnings so here are my specs

and here are my thoughts DEV plzszs compensate us because of this dumb major issue I'm not the only 1 whose going through this its near 1 week and I haven't played the game after the patch and I think I can't proceed any of the event I'm Only using PC so don't even say that just Use some other Platform plzssz resolve this issue I don't know if Respawn is the problem or the dev game are the problem so this issue is major, I haven't max my Lvl in BP I'm missing a 1 week Log.in event how can you compensate this not just me but other players who are playing since the release and I'm one of them too you know this is the only time that I'm gonna say it ... give us compensation to those PC players that haven't play since the aftermarket patch

My install crashes just after the easy anti-cheat and before the server selection screen. I've tried repairing (it did download a 17gb or so repair), allowing it through my firewall, disabled my VPN, and re-installed. None of these solutions have made any difference.

yo tis the guy you prpably saw i have a theory why it might crash but i dont know enough about game designe to say if its true or not, so basically i watched the streamer seagravepe play apex and he noticed after a while that all his graphic settings were maxed out he said that he updated his driver but maybe for us the game just set itself to settings the game cant handle which lets it crash but this is just a theory cuz like i said i dont know anywhere near enough about that topic 🙂

Just tried a different account and game works fine.  LOL this is so weird.  Anyway, hope they get a fix before new event is over.

Yep, i have tried these options. the contact support page doesnt work for me. it continually crashes when i try to use it so I just used twitter for now.
