Integrity error 0x8000001

Hi all i have recently come across an issue with apex where id have the application open then would freeze then crash coming up with an error message (linked below). I use steam for my game and i have tried the basic fixes like Reinstallation and verified the game files through steam, but this error keeps showing up. Note : this primarily happens when in observer mode and with OBS open and running (it also crashes my OBS, So I'm not sure if it is a game issue or something else is happening with my pc. If it is to any relevance i use these game launch options for apex. -no_render_on_input_thread , -novid , +fps_max 0 , +cl_locale_is_softened 1 ,  +cl_liveapi_enabled 1 . Any help in this matter would be appreciated as i cannot cast and observe for the org i work for with this crash happening.
